HP LaserJet Pro Printers - Cleaning the Printer

This certificate is for HP LaserJet Pro P1102, P1102s, P1102w, P1106, P1108, P1109, and P1109w printers.

Clean the pickup roller

If you lot want to make clean the pickup roller earlier deciding to replace it, follow these instructions:

Unplug the power string from the product, and and then remove the pickup roller.
Dab a lint-free material in isopropyl booze (or water), and so scrub the roller.

If you are experiencing toner specks or dots on the printouts, clean the paper path. This process uses a transparency to remove dust and toner from the newspaper path. Practise non use bond or rough newspaper.

For best results, use a sheet of transparency. If you do not take any transparencies, yous can use copier-grade media (60 to 163 grand/m2) that has a smooth surface.

Make certain that the product is idle and the gear up calorie-free is on.
Load newspaper in the input tray.
Open up the printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
In the Cleaning Page area, click the Start push button to process the cleaning page.

The cleaning process takes near ii minutes. The cleaning page stops periodically during the cleaning process. Do not plough the product off until the cleaning process has finished. You might need to repeat the cleaning process several times to thoroughly clean the product.

Clean the print-cartridge expanse
